Climate system components

The climate system encompasses the atmosphere and oceans as well as the land, ice, the biosphere and the built environment. Climate is influenced strongly by interactions and feedbacks between these components.

The University of Reading has expertise across many of these components.  The Walker Institute integrates this expertise to achieve a unique approach to climate system research.
